Kurnool Pragathi Samithi (KPS) founder-president M. Sriharsha urged the farmers, youth and students to participate in the 48-hour ‘Jala Samara Deeksha’, which will commence from November 24 demanding the State government to take up construction of Gundrevula project. The project is considered as lifeline of the backward region.
Addressing the media here on Saturday, Mr. Sriharsha said that a rally will be taken out at 9:30 a.m. from Raj Vihar Centre to Old RTC bus stand on November 24 in which farmers, youth and students will be participating. Later, a 48-hour deeksha will be held, where all the political parties and civil organisations have been invited to participate.
