After a gap of two months , the State government on Thursday issued an order granting a 50% concession on fines for all unpaid traffic e-challan cases registered by the Police Department.
The concession will be available for a limited period from November 21 to December 12, 2025. Earlier, the government had announced 50% discount on all pending traffic fines from August 23 to September 12.
According to the order, vehicle owners with pending traffic fines can settle their dues by paying only 50% of the total amount during the concession period.
How to view and pay pending traffic fines
According to the official release, the fines can be paid through multiple platforms available to ease the payment process – through the Karnataka State Police (KSP) app, ASTraM app of the Bengaluru Traffic Police, by providing the vehicle registration number at the nearest traffic police station, at the Traffic Management Centre, and through the Karnataka One/Bangalore One websites.
The government expects the initiative to help clear a large number of long-pending e-challan cases across the State.
