VMRDA inaugurates new residential in Chinamushidiwada

VISAKHAPATNAM

VMRDA chairman M.V. Pranav Gopal, along with Pendurthi MLA Panchakarla Ramesh Babu and Metropolitan Commissioner N. Tej Bharat inaugurated the newly developed ‘Emerald Layout’ at Chinamushidiwada in Visakhapatnam on Thursday.

The ‘Emerald Layout’ spans approximately 4.70 acres and features 77 residential plots. Developed with an investment of ₹3 crore, the layout is equipped with modern infrastructure, including CC roads, underground drainage, water supply systems, electricity with street lighting, and extensive greenery, they said.
