The Railway Ministry extended the periodicity of two special trains from Mangaluru to Surat and Ahmedabad for two months on Thursday.

The Railways has decided to continue the periodicity of two special trains to Surat and Ahmedabad from Mangaluru till May-end.
With the dates of regular running of Surat-Mangaluru Junction-Surat bi-weekly special express yet to be announced, the services would continue till May 31 from Surat and June 1 from Mangaluru Junction, releases from Konkan and Southern Railway here said.
