Duvvada Railway Users’ Association seeks revival of Vizag-Narasapuram train links

The Duvvada Railway Users’ Association (DRUA) has urged the Union government and the Railway Board to immediately restore direct train services between Visakhapatnam and Narasapuram, which have remained suspended since the COVID-19 pandemic.

In a representation submitted to Vijayawada Division Railway Users’ Consultative Committee (DRUCC) member Jakkampudi Srikumar at his residence on Friday, DRUA honorary president Katam S.S. Chandra Rao highlighted the hardships faced by commuters in the South Konaseema and North Andhra regions.
