Traffic on the GST Road slowed down considerably on Sunday as residents started to come back from their hometowns after voting in the Assembly elections last week.
The road witnessed jams at various locations including Singaperumal Koil, Chengalpattu bypass, and near Paranur toll plaza. The snarl lasted for a length of over 2 km at Singaperumal Koil.
