Power utility’s billing services to remain suspended on May 16, 17 in Tiruchi region

The Tamil Nadu Power Distribution Corporation Ltd. (TNPDCL) has announced that counter and online bill collection and new connection application services in Tiruchi region will remain suspended from 6 a.m. on May 16 to midnight of May 17.

This was due to the migration of the Low Tension Billing application to the new servers in a phased manner for improving consumer services.

For the convenience of consumers, the last date for bill payments due on May 16 has been extended up to May 18, according to a TNPDCL press release.
