Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital opened a new centre at Saravanampatti in Coimbatore.
Sundar Ramakrishnan, Managing Trustee of SNR Sons Charitable Trust, inaugurated the hospital in the presence of senior leadership from the eye care chain, including E. Karpagavalli, Regional Head – Clinical Services, and Nandha Kumar, Senior Vice-President – Operations (South and East India).
A release said that the new centre, the 89th hospital of the group in the State, is equipped with advanced modular operation theatres, diagnostic equipment, an integrated optical and pharmacy section and a viewing gallery that enables patients and caregivers to experience confidence in every step of the treatment process.
As part of the launch, the hospital will offer free eye consultations until September 30, 2026, to encourage early detection and timely treatment. To register for free eye check-up, patients can contact 9594901452.
