The Visakhapatnam chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) released the brochure for its upcoming 12th Property Expo, scheduled from December 25 to 27 at Gadiraju Palace and Convention Centre.
Addressing a press conference on Monday, CREDAI chairman V. Dharmender, president E. Ashok Kumar, honorary secretary V. Sreenu, expo convenor Nagireddy Srinivas Rao, and CREDAI AP president Bayana Srinivas Rao shared details of the event.
The three-day exhibition will feature over 80 stalls representing real estate, construction, and allied industries. Stalls are categorised into platinum, premium diamond, diamond, gold, silver, and bronze. Organisers highlighted that the expo serves as a timely platform for buyers seeking transparent property evaluations amid Visakhapatnam’s rapid urban expansion, infrastructure development, and growing IT and industrial investments.
The event brings together various sectors under one roof, allowing consumers to directly engage with builders, developers, and material suppliers. Additionally, hourly lucky draws will reward attendees with one-gram gold coins. Organisers have urged homebuyers, investors, and the public to visit the venue and explore diverse property options.
