Draft guideline value put up in government offices for public viewing

The revenue village-wise draft guideline values have been put up in taluk offices, sub-registrar offices, and other important government offices in the district for public viewing.

The draft guideline values to rectify anomalies have been prepared and notified under Section 4 (2) of the Tamil Nadu Stamp (Constitution of Valuation Committee for Estimation, Publication and Revision of Market Value Guidelines of Properties) Rules, 2010, Collector Pratik Tayal said in a press release.

Objections or remarks, if any, on the draft guideline values may be raised with the valuation sub committee headed by the District Collector within 15 days either in person or through post via the Office of the District Registrar (Administration), Court Campuss, Cantonment, Tiruchi.
