The key theme of the convention “Future-Ready Leadership: Reinventing Management for a Changing World” aims to prepare management students to manage disruption, build high-performing teams, embrace lifelong learning and contribute to organisations that are agile, inclusive, innovative and purpose-driven. The theme chosen and the business sessions are designed to help students understand how leadership itself is being redefined and why future managers need to combine digital awareness with agility, communication, resilience, empathy, professional credibility and purpose.

The Convention will address sub-themes like ‘From Campus to Startup: Choosing Entrepreneurship as a Career’ and ‘Future-Ready Careers: Reinventing Skills, Employability and Leadership Presence’. The Convention will feature the Grand Finale of “Chanakya – The Mastermind”, MMA’s flagship competition to identify the Best Management Student of the Year 2026. Ten finalists will compete on stage following a rigorous selection process comprising an online quiz, presentation, telephonic interview, behavioural assessment, group discussion, communication and critical-thinking rounds.
