Eighteen prasadam distribution counters, nitya annadanam, more than 50 drinking water points, 40 parking areas, medical camps, information centres and police pickets have been arranged for the convenience of devotees.

As part of tradition, the festivities will begin with the police offering ‘sare’ to the Goddess from the One Town police station. Police Commissioner S.V. Rajashekar Babu and his wife, T. Manjula, One Town Station House Officer B. Gunaram and Assistant Commissioner of Police N.S.V.K. Durga Rao offered the sare, comprising a saree, bangles, vermilion, turmeric and flowers, to the Goddess.

Around 70 LED screens, artificial intelligence-enabled cameras and drones have been deployed to monitor queue lines and manage crowds at various locations. Collector G. Lakshmisha, temple Executive Officer V.K. Seena Naik and police officers will monitor the situation round the clock from the Model Guest House.

The Police Commissioner has directed personnel to discharge their duties with a spirit of devotion and service and remain polite towards devotees in queue lines, holding areas and other places on the temple premises. Priority should be given to ordinary devotees, police officials said.

Expert swimmers and teams of the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) and the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), along with police personnel, have been deployed at the bathing ghats.

The temple management has also arranged free transport for senior citizens and persons with disabilities from the TTD site near Kummaripalem.
