The Supreme Court on Friday (September 19, 2025) adjourned for the second time in a row the hearing on the bail pleas of activist Sharjeel Imam, former Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) scholar Umar Khalid, and three others in the larger conspiracy case linked to the 2020 Delhi riots.
A Bench of Justices Aravind Kumar and Manmohan directed that the matter be taken up on September 22, without assigning reasons. âList on 22.09.2025,â the order said.
