Student missing from junior college in Krishna district

An Intermediate student was found missing from a private junior college at Kankipadu village in Krishna district. College principal K. Venkata Prakash Babu lodged a complaint with Penamaluru police, on Monday.

A native of Punganur in Chittoor district, the minor boy was pursuing first year Intermediate in the college. He escaped by jumping the compound wall of the college during study hours on Saturday.

“As the boy did not reach home and could not be traced, the college principal lodged a complaint with the police on Monday,” said investigating officer.
