Parishioners attached to the Christ Church of the Church of South India, North D, at Golden Rock, ushered in the Christmas spirit in Tiruchi on Sunday with a vibrant carol performance.
A choir of more than 50 singers and musicians, led by Presbyter Rev. C. S. Joseph Dhinakaran, performed for over two hours. The performance featured a blend of piano, guitar, keyboard, and violin accompaniment, adding depth and harmony to the carols. Violinist Christopher Prabakaran and keyboardist Ebenezar Vedasundaram were among the key performers.
The programme showcased a mix of traditional Tamil and English Christmas carols, including the Silent Night. The choir had been rehearsing for six months under the guidance of Choir Master Kirubairaj.
