GVMC Commissioner Ketan Garg has directed the Engineering Department to give a facelift to the Visakha Museum ahead of the International Fleet Review scheduled in the city in February 2026. He noted that international delegates and guests from several countries will be visiting Visakhapatnam. Mr. Ketan Garg said a large number of naval officials, delegates from India and abroad, and key dignitaries from the Central and State governments will be touring various parts of the city.
He instructed that the Visakha Museum, managed by GVMC, should be developed aesthetically to attract visitors. All exhibits should be arranged neatly with complete details, he said, adding that special attention must be given to the cleanliness of the showcased items. He directed Chief Engineer P.V.V.
