The Southern Railway has announced festival special train services for the convenience of passengers during the Christmas-New Year season. The Nagercoil Junction – Madgaon Special (train number 06083) will depart from Nagercoil Junction railway station at 11.40 a.m. on Tuesdays (December 23 and 30, 2025, and January 6, 2026) and will arrive at Madgaon Junction station at 8.50 a.m. the next day. In the return direction, the Madgaon–Nagercoil Junction special train (06084) will leave Madgaon Junction at 10.15 a.m. on Wednesdays (December 24 and 31, 2025, and January 7, 2026) and will reach Nagercoil Junction at 11 a.m. the next day.
The train Mangaluru Junction–Thiruvananthapuram Special (06041 ) will depart from Mangaluru Junction at 6 p.m. on Sundays (December 7, 14, 21, and 28, 2025, and January 4, 11 and 18, 2026), and will arrive at Thiruvananthapuram North at 6.30 a.m. the next day.  In the return, Thiruvananthapuram North – Mangaluru Junction Weekly Express Special (06042) will depart from Thiruvananthapuram North at 8.30 a.m. on Mondays (December 8, 15, and 22, 2025, and January 5, 12 and 19, 2026) and will reach Mangaluru Junction at 8.30 p.m. the same day.
The Sirpur Kaghaznagar–Kollam Special train (07117 ) will depart from Sirpur Kaghaznagar at 10a.m. on December 13 and will reach Kollam at 10 p.m. the next day.
The train Charlapalli–Kollam Special (07119 ) will also leave Charlapalli at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesdays (December 17 and 31) and reach Kollam at 10 p.m. the next day. In the return direction the Kollam-Charlapalli Special (07120 ) will leave from Kollam Junction station at 2:30 a.m. on Fridays (December 19, 2025 and January 2, 2026) and reach Charlapalli at 1:20 p.m. the next day.
The Charlapalli-Kollam–Charlapalli Special (via Warangal, Vijayawada, Renigunta, Tirupati, Katpadi) [ 07121 / 07122] will leave from Charlapalli at 11:15 a.m. on December 20 and reach Kollam Junction. at 10 p.m. the next day. In the return direction, the Kollam Junction-Charlapalli Special train (07122 ) will leave Kollam Junction at 2:30 a.m. on December 22 and arrive at Charlapalli at 12:30 p.m. the next day. The Hazur Sahib Nanded- Kollam Special train (07123) will leave Hazur Sahib Nanded at 4:25 a.m. on December 24 and reach Kollam Junction at 10 p.m. the next day, said a release.
