Jana Small Finance Bank, a scheduled commercial bank, opened its new branch at Alva’s Education Foundation, Vidyagiri campus, in Moodbidri.
Moodbidri MLA Umanath Kotian, Alva’s Education Foundation chairman M. Mohan Alva, managing trustee Vivek Alva, trustee Vinay Alva, bank’s managing director and CEO Ajay Kanwal, philanthropist K. Shripathi Bhat and others were present at the inauguration.
With this launch, Bengaluru-based Jana SFB strengthens its footprint in Karnataka to 64 branches, taking its total branch network to 815 across India, said a release.
The new branch aims to empower individuals, students, small businesses and local entrepreneurs with a comprehensive range of banking services, including savings and current accounts, fixed deposits, business loans, gold loans and digital banking solutions.
