Two persons allegedly inflicted bleeding injuries on a private bus driver and conductor for not giving way to their motorcycle in Nellore city on Sunday (December 07, 2025). The two unidentified youths parked their two-wheeler right in front of the bus and picked up a quarrel with the driver.
When the bus driver removed the bike’s key, the youth fished out a blade and slashed the throats of driver Mansoor and conductor Salim, leaving them with bleeding injuries. They immediately fled the spot on their motorcycle.
According to Santhapeta police Circle Inspector Y.V. Somaiah, the injured were rushed to a local hospital for treatment. A case has been registered and efforts are on to nab the culprits.
