Water level in Mullaperiyar dam stood at 134.95 feet (the maximum permissible level is 142 ft.) with an inflow of 599 cusecs and a discharge of 1,600 cusecs. In Vaigai dam, the level was 61.52 ft. (the maximum level is 71 ft.) with an inflow of 1,504 cusecs and a discharge of 3,469 cusecs. Combined storage in Periyar credit was 8,842.01 mcft.
