Rasika Ranjana Sabha will be holding its annual Tamil drama festival from December 19 to 31 at its F.G.N. Hall, West Boulevard Road, featuring theatre troupes showcasing various genres. Entry is free.
According to an official release, the programme will begin with Arutprakasa Vallalar, directed by S. Sivaprasad and S. Sruthi. The schedule includes a drama version of writer Sivasankari’s short stories by Komal Theatre group and Thoorathu Pachchai, directed by V.P.S. Sriraman, among other plays.
The festival will conclude on December 31 with Yatthirai featuring Kathadi S. Ramamoorthy in the lead.
Vehicle parking will be available on the District Central Library’s premises. Dramas will start at 6.30 p.m.
