Several areas in Bengaluru will experience a power outage on Saturday, December 20, between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., as the Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (BESCOM) plans to undertake quarterly maintenance work.
The scheduled maintenance involves servicing the 31.5 MVA Transformer-2 and associated feeders at the 220/66/11 kV HAL Station.
Localities likely to be affected include Indiranagar, Defence Colony, 100 Feet Road, Indiranagar 1st and 2nd Stage, 80 Feet Road, CMH Road, Krishna Temple Road, Jeevan Bhima Nagar, Thippasandra, Malleshpalya, Maruthi Nagar, Basavanagara, Vibhutipura, Doddanekundi, and surrounding areas.
BESCOM has advised residents to plan accordingly during the maintenance period.
