
Jagdish Patel, Chief Executive Officer, Adani Krishnapatnam Port Limited, felicitating the students trained by Adani Skill Development Center at Krishnapatnam in SPSR Nellore district on Wednesday.
Adani Skill Development Center (ASDC) on Wednesday (December 24) announced that five students, trained under the Domestic Data Entry Operator (DDEO) course, have secured job offers from Tata Electronics Group in Bengaluru and Amara Raja Group’s Mangal Industries Limited in Tirupati.
The placed students are P. Tharun, T. Chandrasena and I. Sandhya from Lingavaram village; and K. Sreekala and Jeevan Pradeep from Muthukur village. Jagdish Patel, chief executive officer, Adani Krishnapatnam Port Limited (AKPL), felicitated them.
On the occasion, he said: “AKPL is committed to making 5,000 local men and women employable through its skilling arm ASDC and Adani Foundation over the next five years, focusing on project-affected and peripheral villages through skill development in various trades.”
The initiative is part of AKPL’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, aiming to enhance employability and livelihood opportunities for rural women and youth. Fisherfolk community leaders and gram panchayat representatives were present during the felicitation programme.
