TNSTC honours its crew members at R-Day celebration

Unfurling the tri-colour flag marking the 77th Republic Day, the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation Managing Director V Saravanan honoured 37 bus crew members from Madurai, Dindigul and Virudhunagar on Monday. According to a press release, the senior officer recognised the best branch managers, drivers, conductors, technicians and others for their honesty, sincerity and in adopting methods which saved fuel. The conductors were honoured for their efforts in increasing the revenue through collections from the buses. The GM Mani appreciated the awardees, the release added.
