Jana Sena President (JSP) chief K. Pawan Kalyan ordered that party committees be set up from gram panchayat to Parliamentary constituency level with five members each to play an active role in development. Also, he instructed the leaders to form an 11-member ‘conflict management committee’ that would resolve internal disputes.
Addressing a meeting of senior leaders at the party office near Mangalagiri on Wednesday (December 3, 2025), Mr. Kalyan said there should be adequate representation for women in those committees, which should take care of the JSP programmes also. He stated that a committee was already formed in Pithapuram constituency as a pilot project.

The conflict management panel should have at least three women and other committees at least one. He told the leaders that the deserving JSP candidates would be recommended for the nominated posts that were yet to be filled, by duly following the ‘coalition dharma’.
As far as the conflict management committee was concerned, Mr. Kalyan said either three members or the full committee should discuss issues referred to it depending on their seriousness.
