Another techie assaulted in suspected road rage

Days after a gig worker was murdered in an incident of road rage, another case of suspected road rage, where a biker was severely assaulted, was reported on Wednesday. 

The victim, Prateek, a game developer working at a reputed software company, was allegedly attacked by two unidentified men after his bike brushed against another vehicle while he was on his way to office around 11.30 a.m. near Puttenahalli. According to police, the duo stopped Prateek, snatched his bike key, and attacked him, hitting his head with a blunt object, leaving him bleeding.

Prateek was rushed to a private hospital, where he received treatment for his injuries and later filed a complaint. The Puttenahali Police have now registered a case against two unidentified individuals and are investigating the incident.
