The Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has invited applications from eligible firms to operate its customer service centres in Salem and Dharmapuri districts.
In a release, BSNL Salem general manager Ravindra Prasad said that the telecom provider has planned to open more customer service centres. It has invited applications from eligible firms to obtain a direct licence to provide SIM card sales, recharge coupons, telephone bill collection facilities, new FTTH booking and switching, Aadhaar service, and other BSNL services. There are plans to open service centres in Shevapet, Mettur RS, Tiruchengode, and Rasipuram locations.
It is necessary for the bidder to have at least one year of experience in running a customer service centre. Interested companies can apply till 4 p.m. on November 25, 2025.
