Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has invited entrepreneurs and business firms to operate and maintain customer service centres (CSCs) across Erode district and Erode Business Area.
A release from BSNL said that CSCs can be managed at Kavundapadi, Gobichettipalayam, Sathyamangalam, Anthiyur, Uthukuli, Chennimalai, Kangeyam, Vellakoil, Mulanur, and the General Manager’s Office areas under the Erode district and Erode Business Area.
The CSCs serve as the primary customer interface for providing various telecom services, including the sale of new 4G SIM cards, mobile prepaid recharges, 4G SIM upgrades, booking of new telecom connections such as fibre-based high-speed internet, acceptance of bill payments, plan changes, and more.
This initiative aims to enhance customer convenience and improve service quality by engaging suitable business partners to efficiently operate the CSCs and ensure a better customer experience. In addition to managing CSC operations, selected bidders will also be given an opportunity to provide Aadhaar services to the public at selected centres.
BSNL will offer attractive commissions to selected bidders for handling and facilitating various customer services. The last date for submission of bid documents is November 25, 2025, and the pre-bid meeting is scheduled for November 11, the release added.
