Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy expressed strong confidence that the Congress will win the Jubilee Hills byelection by a huge margin.
Reviewing the progress of the campaign with Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) president Mahesh Goud, AICC in-charge for Telangana Meenakshi Natarajan, and ministers overseeing the constituency, the Chief Minister said that ground-level feedback clearly indicated a decisive edge for the Congress.
During the review meeting held on Thursday, Chief Minister is learnt to have discussed the campaign response and the local issues being highlighted by party leaders. He reportedly told them that both internal surveys and reports from party workers confirmed a strong pro-Congress feeling in the constituency.
Dismissing the surveys of certain private agencies, the Chief Minister described them as ābogusā and said they were being circulated by āknown BRS supportersā to mislead the public.
The Chief Minister instructed ministers to make full use of the remaining three days of campaigning to take the governmentās welfare schemes and development initiatives directly to the people. He is said to have reviewed booth-level arrangements, voter outreach efforts, and strategies to counter the Oppositionās narrative in the final leg of the electioneering.
