CMR Group celebrates 34th founder’s day with scholarships and awards in Bengaluru

CMR Group of Institutions and CMR University celebrated their 34th founder’s day on November 19. The event featured the inauguration of a new academic block and the recognition of student excellence through scholarships and awards.

In a significant gesture of support for education, scholarships worth ₹12.82 crore were distributed. These included: 207 Academic Scholarships, 18 Sports Scholarships, 22 Leadership Awards, additionally, 2,112 students received fee concession scholarships.

Minister for Transport and Muzrai Department Ramalinga Reddy; K.P. Gopala Krishna, Chairman of NPS Group of Institutions, NAFL, and TISB; and C. Honappa Gowda, International kabaddi player presented scholarships to deserving students.

Reflecting on the vision of the founder, CMR Group Chairperson K.C. Ramamurthy stated: “Through these awards, we aim to identify and support talented and underprivileged students, helping them grow into future leaders.”
