A book Coming Home To Myself by Dipti Dedhia, a life coach, was released here on Sunday. It is about the inner process of healing, self-discovery and returning to one’s true essence.

Ms. Dipti says ‘Healing is not linear. I was hoping that my scars would disappear, and when I started to work on myself, I found my way back, and that is where this book began”.

“This book is not of easy answers; it’s a book of a lot of feelings. It holds the tools that have helped me to breathe again. If you feel unsafe, unseen and unheard, then I have written this book for you”, says Ms. Dipti.

Kathija Yasmin, a national-level senior training manager at Lead Group and academic adviser for Tamil Nadu and Kerala, and Jaya Kiran, president of Rotary Club, Madurai Downtown, were the chief guests.

Ms. Kathija says, “When I read this book, it didn’t feel like someone else’s story, but a mirror of myself. I felt like this book had been waiting for me long time. This book is born from a daughter’s question – Maa, are you happy?”

Mr. Jaya Kiran says, “It’s not a book to finish but a book that finishes something inside you – pain, confusion, silence and then begins something new”.

Judge Imbakarthik, Chief Judicial Magistrate of Ariyalur, and Judge Hariharan, District Judge of Coimbatore, were also present at the event.
