The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Friday (November 28, 2025) claimed that the Congress, united only by “corruption and dynastic politics”, was today completely entangled in its own struggles, and its workers were themselves attempting to fulfil a “Congress-mukt Bharat”.

At a press briefing, BJP spokesperson Pradeep Bhandari said: “In Karnataka, the Chief Minister and the Deputy Chief Minister are busy fighting over their positions. The party workers in Bihar are questioning the Gandhi-Vadra leadership, also alleging ticket theft, corruption, and manipulation. They are saying that the vote chori campaign of the Congress was a flop show in the State. In Jammu & Kashmir, the party is not getting a spokesperson…even the Congress’s own workers are questioning the party’s politics today.”

Stating that from Karnataka and Bihar to J&K, the Congress was only “fighting with itself,” he claimed that its workers believed that they no longer had any future in the party, and the Congress also had no future prospects under the Gandhi-Vadra family. “This proves what Prime Minister Narendra Modi had earlier said: today Congress workers are doing ‘Congress-mukt Bharat’.”
