DMK and its allies protested against Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Dindigul and Theni districts on Tuesday.
In Dindigul district, Palani MLA I.P. Senthilkumar led the protests. Dindigul MP. R. Sachithanantham, Vedasandur MLA S. Gandhirajan along with Congress, CPI, CPI (M), VCK and MDMK functionaries participated.
In Theni district, Theni MP Thanga Tamil Selvan led the protests, Cumbum MLA N. Ramakrishnan, Andipatti MLA A. Maharajan and Periyakulam MLA K.S. Saravana Kumar along with Congress, CPI, CPI (M), VCK and MDMK functionaries participated.
