Former Minister K. Raju to be TDB member

Former Minister K. Raju will be the Communist Party of India (CPI) representative in the Travancore Devaswom Board (TDB).

A decision has been taken in this regard, according to the CPI. A State Council member of the party, Mr. Raju was Minister for Forests, Animal Husbandry, and Zoos in 2016-2021 LDF government. The CPI decision has come on the heels of the decision to appoint former Chief Secretary and former Vice-Chancellor of the Thunchath Ezhuthachan Malayalam University K. Jayakumar as TDB president.
