Former office-bearer of Kerala Secretariat Employees Association P. Honey to retire

P. Honey, former president of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) [CPI(M)]-backed Kerala Secretariat Employees Association (KSEA), will retire from service as Additional Secretary on Friday. An active part of the organisation for decades, Mr.Honey’s name had cropped up related to various controversies in recent years, especially after receiving a showcause notice from the Governor for participating in a Raj Bhavan march and for featuring a song celebrating Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan during the inauguration of the association’s golden jubilee building earlier this year.
