Three persons died on the spot and one more succumbed to injuries in a hospital in a road accident near Gandigunta village in Krishna district on Tuesday (November 11).
The mishap occurred when the car in which the victims were travelling overturned on the National Highway and rolled on to the service road. They were reportedly travelling from Vijayawada to Machilipatnam.
The deceased were identified as, Prince, Ch. Rakesh, K. Chintaiah and Bapaiah, all natives of Vijayawada.
Police shifted the bodies to Vuyyuru Government Hospital mortuary for post-mortem. The Police registered a case and investigation is on.
