G Square launches new project in Coimbatore

Plotted real estate developer G Square has launched in Coimbatore city “The Residency”, a commercial and residential development project spread on 16.3 acres near GV Residency.

Bala Ramajayam, founder and managing director of G Square, told the media here on Saturday that the plots will be available from 1.5 cents to 25 cents. This project will have customised plots and there are plans to have three commercial plots of 50 cents each that can be taken by star hotels, educational institutions, or hospitals. It will be a smart gated community with almost 270 plots, he added.
