Hyderabad Collector Harichandana Dasari sought feedback from people on the services offered by employees and experiences in getting problems resolved, to improve citizen centric service delivery mechanisms. A QR code was launched at the Collectorate for the purpose.

The QR code was posted from the official’s handle on X. Upon scanning, it led to https://hyderabadcollectorate.com/. Name and mobile number were marked as required fields. After asking for some more details, feedback was sought on waiting time, courteousness of staff and problem resolution.

One of the fields asks people to mention name of the employee and designation if they did not have the expected experience.

Ms. Harichandana said that the QR code is displayed at the Collectorate as of now. It would later be displayed at other government offices in the city limits. “We’ve launched the QR Code Feedback System at the Hyderabad Collectorate. Just scan & share your experience instantly. Your voice drives change — every opinion counts!” the Collector posted on X.
