‘I Am Game’: First look poster from Dulquer Salmaan’s next film unveiled

Dulquer Salmaan will be back on his home turf with I Am Game. The first look poster of the film directed by Nahas Hidhayath, who made the blockbuster RDX (2023), is out.

Dulquer shared the poster on Instagram and wrote in caption, “Homecoming.” The film marks his return to Malayalam cinema after two years with the last outing being King of Kotha (2023), which did not do well at the box office. At the same time, he found success in other languages, especially with the Telugu film, Lucky Bhaskar (2024) and the Tamil period-drama,Kaantha (2025). This year, he also struck gold as a producer with Lokah Chapter 1: Chandra.

In the first look poster, he sports a stylish look, wielding a gun in his bloodied hand, thus hinting at an action outing with Nahas, that too with action choreographer duo, Anbariv.

Nahas’ directorial debut, RDX, starring Shane Nigam, Antony Pepe and Neeraj Madhav in lead roles, was also a high-octane actioner.

I Am Game also stars Antony Varghese, Kathir, Mysskin, and Samyuktha Viswanathan among others. While Nahas has written the story, the screenplay is by Sajeer Baba, Bilal Moidu and Ismail Aboobacker. The crew has top names in the industry such as cinematographer Jimshi Khalid, editor Chaman Chacko and composer Jakes Bejoy.

I Am Game is produced by Dulquer and Jom Varghese. The film is expected to release in April 2026.
