Preparations are on full swing by the Andhra Cricket Association (ACA) for the much-anticipated One Day International (ODI) match between India and South Africa scheduled to be held at Dr. YSR ACA VDCA International Cricket Stadium in the city on December 6.
Meetings were organised to discuss facilities and crowd management. The ACA also decided to begin ticket sales from November 28. As per officials, about 22,000 tickets will be available for sale and people can buy them online only via āDistrictā (By Zomato) app. Ticket prices will start at ā¹1,200, and rise to ā¹2,000, ā¹2,500, ā¹3,000, ā¹3,500 and ā¹4,000 based on classes.
The Hospitality and Semi Hospitality fares start at ā¹5,000, rising to ā¹10,000, ā¹15,000 and ā¹18,000. Speaking on the occasion, President of ACA Kesineni Sivanath said it is a proud moment for the Andhra Cricket Association (ACA) to welcome India and South Africa to Visakhapatnam.

Secretary, ACA, Sana Sathish Babu said the ACA operations team is working round the clock to ensure every aspect, from pitch and stadium readiness to security, hospitality and ticketing, is executed with precision.
As per the ACA, both the teams will be arriving in the city on December 4. The official practice session will be held on December 5.
It may be noted that Team India will face three ODIs against South Africa. The first two ODIs will be held in Ranchi and Raipur on November 30 and December 3.
