Karthika Masa Laksha Deepotsavam concludes

The ‘ Karthika Masa Laksha Deepotsavam’, organised by the Hare Krishna Movement – Visakhapatnam, concluded at the Hare Krishna Vaikuntam in Gambheeram, on the outskirts of the city on Thursday.

The programmes organised on the concluding day included: Tulasi Maharani Aarti, which began with special worship and aarti to Tulasi Devi, Pallakki Seva to Sri Radha Madana Mohana and Srila Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhu on a decorated palanquin procession accompanied by Maha Sankirtana, Sandhya Aarti and Sankirtana with ghee lamps and a spiritual discourse on the greatness of Karthika Deepa worship explained .

Nishkinchana Bhakta Das, president of Hare Krishna Movement lit the first lamp of the evening.

K. Nikitha Sri sang devotional songs on Lord Krishna, accompanied by H. Ramacharan on violin and T. N. Chaitanya on mridangam. The Hare Krishna Vaikuntham shimmered beautifully as thousands of ghee lamps were lit by devotees.

The event concluded with the loving distribution of maha prasadam to devotees, according to Ambarisha Das of Hare Krishna Vaikuntham.
