The 26th All India Konkani Literary Conference will be held on November 22 and 23 at AJ Hall at Kaloor here. As many as 700 delegates from across the country will participate in the conference organised by the Akhil Bharatiya Konkani Parishad.
Saraswati Samman awardee and writer Prabha Varma will inaugurate the conference. Madhav Borkar, noted Konkani writer from Goa, will preside. Anil H. Sawant, Deputy Director, Directorate of Official Languages, will deliver the keynote address.
Kerala High Court judge N. Nagaresh will inaugurate the closing ceremony. Literary works in the language will also be released at the event. A book exhibition will also be held, according to the organisers.
