Winners of ‘Kolu Kondattam’ contest being felicitated in Madurai.

The Hindu’s much-celebrated “Kolu Kondattam 2025” contest, held from September 18 to 28, culminated in a vibrant felicitation ceremony at The Hindu office here on Friday (November 7).
The winners of the contest were felicitated by The Hindu officials, marking a joyous conclusion to this festive initiative that celebrated creativity and tradition.
The title sponsor was Gopuram Products, powered by ITC Mangaldeep and Dheepam Lamp Oil. Associate sponsors were Aroma Ghee. Gift sponsors were Naga, Medimix and P.S. Tamarind.
The ceremony reflected the spirit of Navaratri vibrant, traditional and full of enthusiasm as participants came together to celebrate their love for the art of Kolu decoration.
The winners are as follows: Rajalakshmi Asokan, Vijayakumar, Gawri Sridhar, Vidya Mohan, Perachi Mangai, Meenakshi. S., Vimala Subramanian, Sumati Sakthivel, Elamparithi. S.D., Lalithambigai Prabhu, Sindu Raaghavi, J. Uma Devi and Preethi Ganeshbabu.
