Interschool competition
Drona Global School organised interschool competition ‘Sparkle Kids Fiesta ’25 – Season 1’, celebrating creativity and young talent. Sri Aurobindo Mira Universal School, Keelamathur, won the first place with the Rolling Trophy and the Gold Coin, while Lakshmi Kids International Play School secured the first place in the Play School category.

The Departments of Tamil and English, SBOA School CBSE, organised LIT FEST 2025. Principal L. Latha Thiraviam motivated the students to develop their reading and writing skills by making use of opportunities provided at school. A debate was organised in Tamil and a speech on English was also held. Student B.A. Balasubramanian proposed a vote of thanks.

Vikaasa World School organised a Road Safety Awareness Session for students of Classes III and IV, aimed at instilling awareness of road safety practices among young learners. Ram Kumar Manickam encouraged the children to remind their parents and family members to observe road safety guidelines, thereby promoting a culture of responsibility within the community.

The 12th district-level Children’s Chess Tournament was held at Al-Ameen Higher Secondary School, Pudhur, Madurai, on behalf of Chanakya Chess Academy. A total of 244 children from 70 schools, aged between 8 and 15, participated in the tournament in three categories. Prizes and certificates of appreciation were also issued. A memento was given to Al-Ameen Higher Secondary School.
