The Special Court for POCSO Act cases in Chengalpattu sentenced Samuvel, 34, of Ezhil Nagar, to life imprisonment for committing aggravated penetrative sexual assault on a minor girl.
According to the prosecution, the incident occurred on October 6, 2020. A compensation of ₹5 lakh was given to the victim.
