The Dharmavaram Town police traced a missing five-year-old girl within three hours and reunited her with her parents on Thursday (November 06, 2025). Police said Balam Keerthi of Kadiri Gate in Dharmavaram town came to the Anantapur government general hospital along with her daughter Alekhya to get a birth certificate. Around 7.30 a.m, Keerthi left her daughter at the main gate and went to a nearby place to buy breakfast. By the time she returned, Alekhya was not there. II Town police immediately launched a search and traced the girl. The girl was handed over to Keerthi.
