As part of Vigilance Awareness Week being observed from October 27 to November 2, a walkathon and Fit India Freedom Run 6.0 was organised by NLC Tamil Nadu Power Limited here on Friday.
Collector K. Elambahavath flagged off the walkathon on South Beach Road. The Collector also walked for a short distance.
The walkathon concluded at Roche Park. Around 350 individuals, including NTPL employees, their family members, contract employees and CISF personnel participated in the walkathon and Fit India Freedom Run 6.0.
