Partial cancellation of Erode – Sengottai train services

With track renewal works taken up between Vadipatti and Samayanallur railway stations in Madurai Division, a pair of train services will be partially cancelled.

A release from Salem Railway Division said Train No.16845 Erode Junction – Sengottai Express, scheduled to leave from Erode Junction at 2 p.m., will be partially cancelled between Dindigul and Sengottai from October 31 to November 29, except on Tuesdays on November 4, 11, 18 and 25. The train will run from Erode to Dindigul only.

Similarly, Train No.16846 Sengottai – Erode Junction Express, scheduled to leave from Sengottai at 5.10 a.m., will be partially cancelled between Sengottai and Dindigul from November 1 to 30, except on Wednesdays on November 5, 12, 19 and 26. The train will not run from Sengottai to Dindigul.
