Drinking water supply will be partially disrupted in parts of the city on Wednesday in view of the maintenance work on the bulk feeders that continuously supply power to Krishna Phase-1, 2 and 3 pumping stations.
The TG Transco department will suspend power supply to the 132-KV substations at Nasarlapally pumping stations for six hours on Wednesday to replace the damaged Current Transformers.
The areas that would be affected include several divisions of Charminar, Vinay Nagar, Bojagutta, Red Hills, Narayanguda, SR Nagar, Marredpally, Riasat Nagar, Kukatpally, Sahebnagar, Hayath Nagar, Sainikpuri, Uppal, Hafeezpet, Rajendra Nagar, Manikonda, Boduppal and Meerpet.
