A square yard of land in Raidurg attracted ₹3.40 lakh in an auction held by the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) on Monday (November 10, 2025). The auctioned land measured approximately one acre and is located in the core of Hyderabad Knowledge City.
The price of ₹3,40,000 per square yard shattered the previous auction in 2017, when a price of ₹88,000 per square yard was realised.
Vice Chairman and Managing Director of TGIIC K. Shashanka said that the consistent high performance of these auctions, particularly for lots suited for boutique multi-use development, demonstrates the depth and maturity of Hyderabad’s economic growth.
In October, TGIIC received a bid of ₹177 crore per acre when 7.67 acres in Raidurg was auctioned. And, a second land parcel received 141.50 crore per acre, with 11-acres fetching ₹1,556.50 crore.
